About the job Project Coordinator - LiftManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our client's team. The selected candidate will support the execution of installation projects, working closely with the Commercial and Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards.This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on site involvement, and the ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and daily operational activities efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate installations from project initiation through to completionPlan and schedule site activities, ensuring alignment with client timelines and milestonesMonitor on-site progress, conduct site visits, and resolve operational or technical issuesLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materialsMaintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standardsKey Requirements:Previous experience in project coordination, site supervision, or installation managementStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsGood understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in project environmentsAbility to work independently, conduct site visits, and support operational improvementsJob Info:
