Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent through various channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals and ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Continuously grow their network and focus on relationship-building with potential candidate communities.
Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices, and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Requirements:

4+ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role
Fluent in both Maltese and English
A good level of education
Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Proficiency with CV databases, and professional networks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a flexible manner.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software will be considered an asset
The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a great passion for talent identification and development. Quick thinking, alertness, and willingness to learn and work closely with various departments are very important attributes of this role.
