Manpower is seeking to recruit a Sales Officer to join our client's team.The selected candidate will support the Sales team in the day-to-day running and administration of the sales functionJob Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and market research
- Handling incoming customer calls, entering orders, and assisting with customer needs
- Following up with the distribution team on customer orders and delivery status
- Providing administrative and secretarial support, including formatting and printing documents, organizing workflow, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Relieving Sales Representatives through telesales when required
- Performing any other related duties as reasonably required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various aspects of sales administration
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams
- Good clerical, computing, and data entry skills
- Minimum O/A Level standard of education and/or MCAST certificate in administration or a related field
- Type of Contract: Indefinite
