- Changing bed linens, replenishing towels, and restocking amenities.
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Managing laundry duties, including washing and folding linens as needed.
- Ensuring lost and found items are reported and logged appropriately.
- Notifying management of maintenance or repair needs.
- Following health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assisting in inventory management of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Supporting training initiatives for new team members.
- Performing other ad hoc housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
