- Accurately enter and maintain financial records in accounting systems.
- Process local and foreign supplier invoices and prepare payments.
- Handle creditor reconciliation statements.
- Manage bank deposits and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- Assist in preparing financial documentation for audits.
- Manage petty cash transactions accurately.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Minimum MQF Level 4 Qualification in Accounting.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of Business Central considered an asset).
- Good command of MS Office with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
