On behalf of our client, a forward-thinking IT company based in Malta, GRS Recruitment is seeking an ISO 27001 Business Development Manager to build market credibility and access through certification-driven partnerships. The role focuses on ISO alignment, auditor relationships, and certification-led enterprise onboarding, enabling our client to position itself as a compliant infrastructure provider for regulated customers. Build and maintain partnerships with ISO 27001 auditors, certification bodies, and compliance consultancies
Support enterprise customers during ISO-driven vendor validation and audit processes
Enable market entry where ISO certification is a prerequisite
Develop cooperation frameworks with ISO advisors and assessors
Represent at ISO and information-security industry events

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid understanding of ISO 27001 and information-security governance
Experience working with auditors, certification bodies, or compliance advisors
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Ability to engage with enterprise and regulated customers
Full-time onsite availability in Malta
Direct exposure to ISO 27001 audits or certification programs
Established network within the ISO compliance ecosystem
Experience in finance, SaaS, hosting, iGaming, or regulated IT services
Familiarity with third-party infrastructure assessments
