- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts to inform performance reviews
- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage regular forecasting cycles
- Produce cash flow statements and financial reports as required
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate new and existing business opportunities
- Strengthen and oversee internal financial control systems
- Serve as the main liaison with external auditors during statutory audits
- Monitor debtors and credit control, providing regular updates to the Group CFO
- Supervise and support accounts staff in daily cash settlements and receivables
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and fiscal regulations
- Recommend and implement finance policies and process improvements
- Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and growth
- ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within hospitality or multi-entity operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (advantageous)
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and initiative
