Oversee the day-to-day performance, workflow, and well-being of the Customer Support team
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to your team
Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive or complex customer and operational issues

Skills & Qualifications:

Native German and fluent English
+2 years of experience as a Customer Support or Operations (iGaming an advantage)
