We are looking for a superstar Senior Game Producer to join our new studio as we shape the future of Slot games. In this role, you will have 100% freedom and ownership over your game titles. You will do the end-to-end creative development, from the initial concept and mathematical profile to the final polish and certification.You will not just manage a backlog; you will be the creative force behind the games. You will combine market insights and data analytics with creative vision to define unique mechanics, ensuring our slots resonate with players and perform commercially.Job Responsibilities:Work closely with the design and development teams to define, conceptualize, and iterate new game visionsConduct market research to understand competitive products and identify elements we may want to incorporateUse data insights and business intelligence to drive product decisions and prioritize featuresCollaborate with game mathematicians to ensure the volatility, RTP, and "math feel" align with the target audience and visual themeCraft detailed, precise, and well-structured written specifications for new games, including the game theme, narrative, and sequencingStreamline the game production pipeline and manage project goals to reliably deliver high-quality, fully polished games at pace while ensuring delivery stays on trackProvide quality control over design outputs and production, making sure visuals, graphics, animations, music, and SFX click together in a way that resonates with the playerOversee the product through the certification process, ensuring the final output meets regulatory requirements for gambling productsThe Successful Candidates:4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer specifically within the iGaming game production industryA portfolio of released titles where you can demonstrate how you set the vision and shaped the final productBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or other related fieldsObsessed with details, understanding that in a competitive industry, small aspects make all the differenceAbility to take critical feedback well and discuss constructively to deliver optimal outcomesAbility to analyze and interpret complex data to drive product decisionsDeep understanding of casino games, game mathematics, and the landscape for real-money gamingExperience driving development within an Agile environment and crafting stories/specs for developersInterested?If the position has caught your attention and you wish to apply, please upload your CV along with your contact info.
