- Manage a portfolio of potential and existing VIP players, nurturing relationships through personalized communication such as calls, emails, and chat.
- Reactivate, upsell, and elevate users to VIP status when appropriate.
- Monitor player behavior and respond promptly to key actions like deposits, withdrawals, wins, and losses.
- Collaborate with VIP Managers, Support, and Payments teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable player experience.
- Execute targeted retention campaigns and reward offers, while tracking their performance effectively.
- Maintain proactive and timely communication with players based on their activity.
- Proven experience in customer service, CRM, or user engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English.
- Ability to build lasting relationships based on trust without relying solely on bonuses.
- Familiarity with iGaming products and understanding user behavior.
- Experience working with performance KPIs and analyzing user activity reports.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously.
- Proficient with CRM tools, Slack, and other relevant dashboards.
- Previous experience with VIP users or retention in the iGaming industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
