- Train and monitor new recruits, conducting spot checks for cleanliness.
- Supervise laundry and domestic operations, reporting faults promptly.
- Handle staff rosters and payroll-related reports.
- Assist in laundry operations as required.
- Manage overall stock and storekeeping.
- Attend meetings and liaise with the Facility Manager on departmental requirements.
- Encourage staff participation in relevant training programs.
- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and adhere to financial constraints.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to assist in various departmental operations.
- Proficient in using relevant software for reporting and communication.
