Our client, a well-established wellness and beauty centre in Malta, is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join its professional team. The successful candidate will provide a variety of spa and wellness treatments while ensuring a relaxing and high-quality experience for clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies.
  • Provide professional consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Ensure all treatments are delivered according to company standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Promote spa services and products to clients where appropriate.
  • Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty clinic will be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
