Job DescriptionWe have a fantastic new opportunity with our client on the island of Malta for a German speaking Recruiter to join a fantastic HR/Recruitment team. Their office is based in the centre of the island but there is the option to work from home from anywhere in Malta.The roleOur client is a fast growing tech-company providing content moderation solutions to online marketplaces around the world. As a German Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing candidates to induction. Your main focus will be for the German candidate market. You will contact candidates from various recruitment sources, screen and interview candidates and present pre-qualified candidates to the hiring managers. You will ensure that there is a good candidate flow and that internal hiring targets are met.The successful candidate has:Fluency in both German and EnglishExperience in working as a recruiter and onboarding employees from abroad.Social media networking experience with tools like LinkedIn as well as experience with job boardsAbility to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficientlyAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and possess a sense of urgency.Salary, Benefits and Relocation Package
Gross salary around 28K Euro p/a. Excellent benefits which includes career opportunities with a defined ladder for progression, a private health insurance, comprehensive paid training, fun company event, possibility to work from home, 27 days holidays p/a.
