- Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases, managing the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple environments (development, staging, production).
- Coordinate and track releases across microservices architectures, ensuring dependencies are properly aligned.
- Create and maintain comprehensive release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, rollback strategies, and change logs.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external clients regarding release planning and delivery timelines.
- Proactively follow up with development, QA, and DevOps team leads to ensure planned release items are completed and ready for deployment.
- Ensure adherence to Git Flow processes and version control best practices.
- Manage and communicate release schedules, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor post-release performance and coordinate hotfixes when required.
- Ensure compliance with change management and governance standards.
- Maintain high standards of quality control with strong attention to detail.
- The minimum level of experience is 3 years.
- Strong understanding of release management processes in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git Flow and version control best practices.
- Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to create clear, structured, and professional release documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Strong technical background, including understanding of APIs, CI/CD pipelines, environments, and deployment processes.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple parallel releases and clients.
- Experience in the casino or gaming industry.
- Experience in B2B environments and client-facing delivery models.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Experience with cloud environments such as OCI, AWS, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as PostgreSQL, SQL, Terraform, Cloudflare, and RabbitMQ.
