- Ensure all content meets Portuguese regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to local regulations
- Implement quality control processes for all customer communications
- Monitor content performance metrics and KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise messaging effectiveness
- Native-level Portuguese language skills with excellent written communication
- 3-5 years of content management experience in the iGaming industry
- Proven track record in multi-channel content creation
- Strong understanding of Portuguese gaming market and cultural nuances
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of Portuguese gambling regulations and responsible gaming requirements
