CRM Executive who will be assisting the CRM Manager in the creation of innovative campaigns and execution of daily CRM operational tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting CRM Managers in the campaign creation and execution of daily CRM operational tasks with focus on a timely delivery.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure smooth running of the content production and promotion delivery across all channels.
- Executing and testing player-facing promotions.
- Following campaigns from beginning to end and tracking their progress to ensure all of them are running properly and are delivered to high standards.
- Using internal and external tools and back offices to set up tournaments, lotteries, bonus and free spins programs and credit rewards to eligible customers - this may require working outside office hours and/or at weekends, on occasion.
- Ensuring that the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns, network promotions and any other CRM activity.
- Testing new features and functionalities of casino and sports platforms when required.
- Continuous site monitoring and reporting of any errors or concerns to the line manager.
- Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant.
- Other additional duties as assigned by Management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency in other languages, such as Polish, is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Desire to deliver the best customer experience in the industry.
- Previous online gaming experience is necessary.
- Experience of working in a marketing / CRM team is considered a plus.
- Dynamic and positive personality, motivated, flexible, multi-task and able to meet deadlines.
- Attention to details and strong organisational skills.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with the ability to build good working relationships.
- Genuine interest in sports and/or sportsbook knowledge would be considered an asset.

- In the case of recruitment - we will keep your data for the entire recruitment period and up to 3 months after its completion.
- If you give us your consent - we will keep your data for the future recruitment processes up to 3 years.
- You have the right to: access your data, rectify, erasure, restrict processing, make a complaint to a supervisory authority, and the right to transfer the data. The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. However, it does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the case of recruitment, withdrawing the consent will make it impossible for us to take your application documents under advisement.
