ComeOn Group is an international employer within the iGaming industry and has over 500 talented employees across 7 main locations.Location: Malta office + Hybrid set-up environmentAs a Junior Marketing Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in planning, executing, and managing various marketing projects and campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company's strategic objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in marketing project management within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, marketing channels, compliance and commercial, to develop project briefs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Conducting research and analysis to support marketing strategies and provide insights for decision-making.
Assisting in managing marketing budgets, and reporting on project performance.
Supporting the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to marketing projects.
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver detailed post-project analysis which can be used to improve future projects
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Marketing Planning or the Director of Marketing Operations.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role (internship experience may be considered).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
