Job DescriptionWe are very excited to recruit for a new role in Sliema, Malta. This position will be for our client - an online gambling company - and is based in the seaside town of Sliema. This Mediterranean city is full of activity, fun, restaurants and culture.The roleAs a Safer Gambling Specialist you will be responsible for customer interactions related to responsible gaming, focusing on identifying potential risky behaviour and to further help and advise players to gamble within their means. You will be responsible for liaising with different departments to ensure the regulators’ expectations are met. You will work together with the Safer Gambling team, where you will focus on monitoring and identifying at-risk customers via dedicated reports, improving existing operational activities and processes, and delivering training as required to ensure Safer Gambling.RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DANISH and ENGLISH
Previous experience working within a Customer Service, Responsible Gaming position or similar within the iGaming industry
Keen interest in the psychology of addiction, regulatory and compliance knowledge
Proactive and forward thinking skills
Computer literate and fast typing skills
Eagerness to learn and develop
