Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you’ll be a key player in bringing top-notch service. Get ready to Make Mundane Magical as the first point of contact with our customers!✅ What You’ll Do:Provide outstanding customer service through chat and emails in both English proficiency, both written and spoken, along with Finnish or Norwegian.Respond professionally to a range of live chat and email queries from our playersBe responsible for KYC duties and Document ProcessingListen, probe, and investigate inquiries to determine the underlying needs of the customerCommunicate in a prompt, thoughtful, warm, and empathetic mannerProvide first-time resolution where possibleRemain vigilant of any suspicious activity and escalate accordinglyLook to cross-sell and promote all opportunitiesIdentify RG concerns within live communications and provide the necessary supportPut the player first at all times!🕵🏻 What We’re Looking For:Experience in Customer Service live chatStrong English proficiency, both written and spoken, along with Finnish or NorwegianWillingness to work night shifts. The training is conducted during daytime shifts; night shifts become available after training.Location: Malta (we will assist with relocation within the EU)Shift Details:
This position requires flexibility to work alternating shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
