About This JobAs a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction at Mattress Collection. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and possess a strong understanding of customer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions regarding mattress products.- Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback for management review.- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to develop promotional strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or a related industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for helping customers find the right products.- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues alike.- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to confidently communicate features, benefits, and value.
Relationship Building:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Administration:
  • Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to support promotions, campaigns, and enhance the overall customer journey.
Skills & QualificationsSales Experience:
  • Proven experience in a sales role (retail experience preferred) with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
