- Manage and grow relationships with existing operator partners to increase revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new app partners.
- Optimize campaign performance to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data to identify potential issues and trends.
- Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and offers.
- Provide timely support to partners and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Attend industry conference in Malta and abroad.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Excellent communication in English and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to performance monitoring.
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing or account management is a plus.
- Familiarity with app tracking platforms and reporting tools is an advantage.
