Restaurant Manager - Luxury Fine Dining

• Operational Oversight: Lead the restaurant’s daily operations, maintaining impeccable food and beverage standards, service efficiency, and staffing excellence.

• Education: Hospitality Management Degree or Diploma, and Food Safety & Hygiene Certifications are required.
• Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment in a managerial role. Experience in high-end hospitality is highly advantageous.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Maltese is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests, delivering clear instructions and feedback.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong charisma and leadership presence, capable of motivating and inspiring a high-performing team.
• Technical Skills: Competent in POS systems, inventory control, and financial management within a hospitality context.
