The job holder's goal is to hit targets and always provide the best quality work to the Document Analysis Team.YOUR ROLE AT BETCLICIn this context, your duties are:
  • Responsible for reviewing and authenticating players' documents.
  • Assisting the Fraud Department with fraud checks and processes.
  • Ensuring that all company policies/regulations are compiled to at all times (both personally and assigned agent base).
  • Support the Customer Service Department.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • You have experience and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
  • You have excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office.

  • You have excellent Organisation and Time Management skills.
