We are seeking a proactive individual for a Corporate Services Executive position with a dynamic financial services firm in Malta. As a Corporate Services Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with preparation and submission of statutory forms to the MBR, manage changes to corporate elements and incorporation of companies, and reviewing and drafting corporate documentation.
