Youll work on everything from high-precision wall and floor tiling to decorative and functional surfaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. Our team structure ensures you focus on what you do best, while being fully supported by other skilled professionals across trades.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for tiling, including leveling, cleaning, and primingCut, shape, and lay tiles with precision on walls, floors, and other surfacesApply adhesives, spacers, grout, and sealants to ensure a durable and attractive finishRead and interpret technical drawings, tile layouts, and design plansRepair or replace damaged tiles or grout as neededWork with a team of specialists to ensure seamless coordination with other tradesMaintain a clean and safe work environment at all timesDeliver high-quality finishes that meet both visual and functional standardsRequirements:Proven experience as a tiler in residential, commercial, or high-finish projectsSkilled in working with a variety of materials: ceramic, porcelain, marble, stone, etc.Strong attention to detail, layout accuracy, and surface finishAbility to use tiling tools and cutting equipment safely and effectivelyUnderstanding of waterproofing, leveling, and surface prepGood communication and ability to follow detailed instructionsReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a coordinated teamPreferred Qualifications:Vocational training or certification in tiling or construction finishingExperience working in hotels, commercial fit-outs, or large-scale developmentsFamiliarity with patterned, mosaic, or custom tile layoutsOwn tools and transport (if required)
