- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a positive work culture.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
