Incorporate companies and manage ongoing filings with the Malta Business Registry (MBR)
Execute share transfers and oversee client portfolios independently
Support governance processes, board meetings, and client onboarding

Your Profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate services
Strong knowledge of company formations, MBR filings, share transfers, and portfolio management
Organised, proactive, and client-focused, thriving in fast-paced environments

Salary€40,000 – €50,000 (depending on experience)Benefits
