Skills required: problem solving, teamwork, good communication skills, job flexibility, motivated, decision making and leadership. Job contract for 2 years.. Professional use of conventional and CNC lathe/milling machines . Professional use of other conventional machines such as Surface grinder, Bandsaw, Drilling... . Flexible to work other types of work as required by the firm . Comprehension of drawings, dimensions and engineering symbols . Graphical/written and verbal communication of Tolerances . Cleaning and maintenance of the above mentioned machines according to maintenance procedures . Daily logging of time per job number and description in the provided logbook . Fully abide and respect all health and safety requirements. . Minimum 2 years experience on Lathe or milling machines . Application without experience regarding CNC lathe/milling machines would not be considered . Use of mobile phone/Earphones is strictly prohibited during working hours . Consistent and punctual attendance for work . Tidy, organized work, cleaning . Monday to Friday 7.00 - till 16.00 (40 Hours per week) . Coffee Break 10.00 - 10.15 (Compulsory) . Lunch Break 12.00 - 12.30 (Compulsory) . Days off should be asked for approval at a minimum of two working days before . Prepare elements, materials and tools; put installations into operation (milling machine, lathe, grinding machine...)
Perform production and processing actions with: CNC operated machines
Check conformity of welding work, constructions and assemblies
Check material and regulate welding parameters (intensity, flow) according to material and welding connections
Determine materials and welding types based on instructions, technical documents, plans
Perform thermal treatment of welding work (carbon steel)
Suggest changes and co-define operation method for welding work
