- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure proper mise en place and organisation of the workstation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in supervising and training junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
- Follow HACCP and food safety regulations at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
