Our client, a Building Services Company, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to promote and grow their mechanical ventilation solutions. The role combines technical and commercial responsibilities, including supporting project specifications, providing both technical and sales guidance, and collaborating closely with engineers, architects, contractors, developers, and the company's international headquarters. Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:

Represent and promote the company's products to engineers, architects, contractors, and developers.
Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with mechanical engineering firms, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular site and market visits to support project specifications, tendering, and follow-ups.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations and manage orders from enquiry through to delivery.
Provide pre-sales and technical support in collaboration with the engineering team.
Identify new business opportunities, projects, and market trends to drive sales growth.

Working Hours: Office HoursRequirements

Solid knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems, with experience in sales, commercial, or construction engineering.
Must have at least 3 years of local site experience in mechanical installations.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and project documents.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong English written and communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
