Job Description :We are seeking a highly qualified, native-level Brazilian Portuguese speaker to join our established team in Malta as the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager for Brazil. This is a crucial, high-leverage role acting as the central engine of our recruitment revenue performance within the Brazilian territory.This position demands an aggressive approach to partner recruitment combined with sophisticated strategic oversight tailored specifically to the Brazilian market. As the primary revenue contributor for this region, you will manage the full lifecycle of high-value Brazilian partnerships while driving the evolution of the company's presence in one of the world's most competitive digital landscapes. You will be responsible for the seamless operation of the agency's Brazilian affiliate ecosystem, scaling delivery capacity and maintaining meticulous standards for ROI.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Partnership & Brazil Market OptimizationHigh-Value Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with top-tier Brazilian affiliates and "Super-Affiliates." You will serve as the primary point of contact, nurturing these accounts in Brazilian Portuguese to optimize performance and long-term collaboration.Localized Commercial Negotiation: Architect and negotiate sophisticated commission structures and incentive programs. You will ensure terms are competitive within the specific context of the Brazilian affiliate landscape while balancing company profitability.Affiliate Enablement: Ensure all partners are equipped with high-converting, culturally resonant marketing materials in Portuguese, alongside the tracking tools and technical support required to maximize their output.2. Data Intelligence & Brazil Campaign StrategyAdvanced Analytics & Reporting: Utilize deep data and analytics to inform every decision. You will monitor and analyze Brazilian campaign performance in real-time, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize ROI.Strategic Adjustments: Serve as the lead strategist for the territory, using Brazilian market data to pivot tactics, adjust program parameters, and capitalize on local emerging trends.Market Expansion: Proactively identify new market opportunities and untapped traffic sources within Brazil to aggressively expand the affiliate program footprint.3. Operational Integrity & Product EvolutionProject Development: Play a pivotal role in tailoring a fast-growing product for the Brazilian audience. You will translate local affiliate feedback and Brazilian market demands into improvements and project milestones.Compliance & Local Regulation: Act as the guardian of the brand by ensuring all affiliate activities strictly comply with Brazilian advertising standards (CONAR) and internal company policies.Issue Resolution: Serve as the authoritative, Portuguese-speaking point of contact for the Brazilian affiliate network, addressing concerns or technical bottlenecks promptly to maintain operational momentum.The Performance StandardRevenue Acceleration: Proven ability to scale a Brazilian partnership portfolio and increase month-over-month ROI.Linguistic & Cultural Mastery: Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and a deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer psyche and affiliate ecosystem.Analytical Rigor: A meticulous approach to data that turns complex metrics into clear, profitable recruitment strategies specifically for Brazil.Adaptive Leadership: The agility to manage the demands of a fast-growing source market for recruitment while maintaining high standards of compliance and partner satisfaction.RequirementsNative-level Brazilian Portuguese and good English proficiency.
Degree at post-graduate level (MQF Level 7) in Marketing or a related field.
Experience in affiliate marketing in Brazil.
