
Tax Executive

- Work on tax advisory projects for both local and international clients, including tax optimisation, structuring, asset protection, investment funds, private clients, estate planning, M&A, and intellectual property
- Manage Maltese tax matters for a portfolio of clients
- Prepare tax refund applications and shareholder registration forms
- Handle statutory filings with CFR on behalf of clients
- Contribute to the preparation of articles, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Advise clients on the impact of changes in domestic legislation and how these may affect their business operations
- Around three years' experience in taxation, with a focus on Maltese tax
- Degree in Accountancy or Law
- Specialisation in tax (e.g. Master's in Taxation, ADIT, or MIT) is considered an asset
- Solid knowledge of Maltese tax legislation and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in preparing and submitting tax returns and tax refund applications
- Good communication skills (both verbally and written) in English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Up to €36K
- Hybrid with flexible hours - Summer Hours (July, August - On Fridays we leave at 2pm!)
