The gardener is responsible for maintaining and cultivating outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens and landscaped areas. Will be planting, watering, pruning, fertilizing, weeding and ensuring the overall health and appearance of plants and greenery.The gardener is a dedicated individual who cultivates and maintains gardens, landscapes, and outdoor spaces. They plant, water, prune, and care for a variety of flowers, shrubs, trees, and vegetables. With a keen eye for aesthetics and health, they ensure plants thrive and landscapes remain attractive. Gardener's work often involves soil preparation, pest control, and seasonal planting, reflecting their passion for nature and environmental stewardship. Determine locations where work needs to be done (row, plot...), locate products that have to be harvested
Install, adjust and monitor irrigation, heating, ventilation or illumination systems in greenhouse or field
Help place plant material (plastic foil, nets, binding material...)
Prepare soil and plantations
Organise garden, plant care and maintenance (put up training supports for plants, prune, remove surplus foliage)
Localise presence of pest species. Determine the nature and scale of damage
Maintain plants and beds (maintain the rows, repot, weed...)
