The Job

Learn, mix and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wines, & non-alcoholic drinks.
Always ensure high quality and consistency.
Take an active role in serving & delivery of drinks
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware, throughout the shift.

Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, following dietary requirements & allergen procedure.

Ensure all stock levels are communicated, maintained and replenished as needed.
Prepare garnishes and other ingredients required for cocktail preparation, ensuring freshness and availability.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all tools and ingredients are in place.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely, following company procedures.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Collaborate with the bar team and other staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive working environment.
Continuously improve your knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations, keeping up with industry trends and training.
Mentor the barback team with the goal of having them excel to bartender.
Commit to completion of Online training within 2 weeks of Start date.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of beer, cocktails, spirits, wine and possessing mixology skills.
To analyse and interpret recipes and manuals.
Ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Possess the food and handling license.
