Our client, a leading provider of industrial automation, electrical, and mechanical products, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Growth Executive (GE) in their Malta office, focused on the local market. As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for answering incoming requests, updating software systems, informing clients about web shop capabilities, and liaising with supplier partners to ensure seamless service delivery.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Respond to opportunities promptly using software tools, emails, and phone calls.Providing the customer with a personalized experience by explaining website functionality on the phone, emails and using teams.Managing customer relationships.Visiting customers to form long lasting relationships by illustrating the company concept as well as explaining website functionality.Organizing workshops or demos at the customer.Liaising with suppliers in relation to opportunities.Performing costings on non-codified items.Submitting quotes to customers.Support other members of the team from time to time.Maintaining customer database.Characteristics of who we are looking for:A self-starter who is energetic with a can-do attitude.Drive to complete tasks using honest and compassionate customer facing tactics.Strong command of Maltese and English.Possess a driving license and their own means transportation.Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft office suite.Ready to take the next step in your career?If you're passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth, we would love to hear from you!
