- Act as the first point of contact for Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practices
- Escalate and route incidents to appropriate teams when necessary while retaining ownership
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels
- Maintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activities
- Assist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updates
- Monitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areas
- Support IT Operations initiatives across multiple departments
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with macOS (OSX) and iOS devices
- Proven experience managing:
- Google Workspace (Google Admin)
- Okta
- Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:
- DHCP, LAN/WAN
- Active Directory / Access Points
- IPSec VPN
- Network monitoring & security principles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
