  • Handle day-to-day processing of invoices, payments, and financial entries in a timely manner;
  • Keep financial files accurate and properly organised for easy access;
  • Assist senior members of the finance team with preparing periodic reports and summaries;
  • Support with reconciliations of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable;
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document organisation;
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to resolve financial queries;
  • Contribute to payroll processing under the guidance of senior staff;
  • Ensure all financial activities adhere to company guidelines and relevant regulations;
  • Help prepare documentation for audits and tax-related matters;
  • Support monitoring of budgets and tracking of expenses;
  • Perform other finance-related administrative duties as required.
Experience
  • Advanced Level qualification in Accounts or a related subject, and/or relevant work experience;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting position (including internships);
  • Good understanding of basic accounting processes and regulatory requirements;
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable using accounting software.
