
Junior Accounts Executive

- Handle day-to-day processing of invoices, payments, and financial entries in a timely manner;
- Keep financial files accurate and properly organised for easy access;
- Assist senior members of the finance team with preparing periodic reports and summaries;
- Support with reconciliations of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable;
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document organisation;
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to resolve financial queries;
- Contribute to payroll processing under the guidance of senior staff;
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to company guidelines and relevant regulations;
- Help prepare documentation for audits and tax-related matters;
- Support monitoring of budgets and tracking of expenses;
- Perform other finance-related administrative duties as required.
- Advanced Level qualification in Accounts or a related subject, and/or relevant work experience;
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting position (including internships);
- Good understanding of basic accounting processes and regulatory requirements;
- Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable using accounting software.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy;
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines;
- Eagerness to learn and adapt within a busy finance team;
- Professional and collaborative attitude with a focus on reliability.
