To oversee procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and maintain optimal inventory levels across our property development and hospitality projects.Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Purchasing: • Source high-quality materials, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and supplies aligned with project specifications and brand standards. • Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services. • Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing, quality assurance, and timely delivery. • Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor documentation. Inventory Control: • Monitor inventory levels across multiple sites (developments, storage units). • Coordinate inventory audits and stock counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies. • Use inventory systems to track usage, deliveries, and restocking schedules. • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to maintain quality and minimize loss. Project & Site Coordination: • Liaise with project managers to anticipate material needs. • Coordinate delivery logistics to active construction or development sites. • Assist with scheduling supplier deliveries to align with project timelines. Administrative & Compliance: • Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies and legal standards. • Maintain supplier contracts and update databases. • Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory control (2+ years), ideally in construction, real estate, or hospitality sectors. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. • Fluent in English; • Valid driver’s license preferred (for site visits and supplier meetings).ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHISCED Level: Post-secondary non-tertiary education - Level (4)Competencies

Evaluate suppliers and products (audits, customer satisfaction surveys, sampling...) and make improvement proposals
Identify supply needs of company and source or analyse suppliers and products on the market
Monitor execution of purchasing contracts until payment (quantity, quality, delivery terms)
Draw up tenders or specifications for suppliers or service providers
Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers
Compile and update inventory of components of product (furniture, interior decoration...)
