Job Description :Our client, a respected organization in Malta, is currently seeking an Business Development Specialist to join their team.Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients and prospects on the best strategies to grow, optimize their technology management, and compete successfully in demanding markets.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect through integrity and professional advice.
  • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication, guiding clients toward sustainable growth and openly sharing ideas with both the team and clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products we offer, how they work, and the value they provide to our clients.
  • Continuously learn from the team and apply effective techniques for selling our services.
Requirements
  • Genuine interest in technology and a foundational understanding of how it works; a technical background is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience and a strong track record in sales and commercial roles.
  • Clear understanding of the strategic value of technology and its impact on business operations and growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions to effectively close deals.
  • Strong results-driven mindset, with high motivation to meet and exceed performance targets.
