From classic meze, sizzling souvlaki, and hearty moussaka to fresh seafood and irresistible Greek desserts, every dish is crafted to delight.Explore our full range of dishes in the Menu section on our website :We are currently seeking to recruit a Full time Sous Chef to join our passionate and talented back-of-house team.The candidate will support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. The Sous Chef will also play a key role in fostering excellent teamwork within the kitchen environment.We are looking for:
  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen
  • Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)
  • Clean police conduct certificate
