- Support HR Business Partners and engage with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements; coordinate with external agencies to ensure candidate quality.
- Post and update vacancies across job boards, LinkedIn, and social media; monitor new platforms and suggest engagement opportunities.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, conduct/arrange screenings, and coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles; identify candidates with transferable skills for niche positions.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment journey, manage communications, maintain accurate records, and support onboarding.
- Support branding activities, career fairs, and the creation of recruitment marketing content to enhance employer visibility.
