IT Field Service Specialist and Project CoordinatorOur client in the medical sector are currently on the lookout for an IT Field Service Specialist and Project Coordinator to join their team in Luqa, Malta (Hybrid).The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team spirit, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, able to communicate effectively both with internal and external customers, able to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly and be passionate about learning.Main Responsibilities will include:

Diagnosis skills of technical issues
Specific software installations
Supporting technical issues related to virtual platforms
Providing technical services and supporting at network / application level
Issuing/reviewing system documentation include plans for disaster recovery and server maintenance
Escalating service or project issues that cannot be completed within established timeframes/service level agreements

Experience and Qualifications required:

Diploma in Networking eg CCNA
Minimum of two years working in IT environment
Minimum of two years working in IT project coordination/management
