We are looking for a skilled individual to operate CNC machinery and perform precision machining tasks.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines, to produce high-quality furniture
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:

Certification in machining is preferred
Proven experience as a CNC operator and machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with various machining tools and equipment, including measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
