Manage and support a team of letting agents

Oversee property listings, viewings, and rental agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Ensure compliance with local letting laws and company standards

Set and achieve departmental targets and KPIs

Liaise with property management and maintenance teams

Contribute to marketing initiatives and client retention strategies

⸻Requirements

Proven experience in property letting or real estate management (minimum 2 years)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities

Fluent in English (Maltese and/or Italian is an asset)

Valid Maltese driving licence

Professional, motivated, and client-focused
