- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers or end-users experiencing problems with IoT connectivity services and related platforms.
- Provide order fulfilment support to ensure timely closure of orders while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and end-users, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (engineering, product development) to address technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in IoT/LoRaWAN technologies and provide recommendations for improving customer experience.
- Conduct monitoring on various systems to ensure service continuity, reporting any variances promptly.
- Technical aptitude with a minimum of Diploma-level education in an IT-related field.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience in a previous technical customer service role is considered an asset.
