Are you enthusiastic about natural healing methods and holistic wellbeing? Castlebutsch Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Ayurveda Spa Therapist to become part of our team based in Gozo.Key Duties: • Deliver personalized Ayurvedic treatments and consultations in line with each guest’s unique needs. • Perform a range of traditional Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Elakizhi. • Share knowledge with guests about Ayurvedic practices and provide lifestyle guidance. • Ensure treatment rooms and tools are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. • Adhere to professional standards and maintain ethical conduct at all times. • Achieve sales targets for spa products consistently. • Build and maintain a loyal clientele. • Guarantee that therapy spaces are always presented in pristine condition. • Support the spa team by completing other relevant tasks as assigned by management. Your Profile: • Ideally, you bring at least 2 years of experience as an Ayurveda Spa Therapist. • Background or experience in physiotherapy is a strong advantage. • You hold an ITEC certification or an equivalent recognized qualification. • You possess a solid foundation in Ayurvedic philosophy and therapeutic techniques. • You demonstrate reliability, professional behavior, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to sell. • You maintain a positive, energetic, and friendly approach. • Fluency in English is essential.
