This Legal Counsel will join a leading industry name on the B2B side of the iGaming industry offering spectacular exposure on an international scale. Due to ongoing growth, the company is expanding its legal department offering excellent room for career development and the opportunity to ongoing collaboration with leading industry experts.As a Legal Counsel, you will spend the majority of your time in commercial activities related to contracts and negotiations. Additionally, you will have great room for growth in other areas such as involvement in corporate matters, data privacy and day-to-day legal matters.This is a fantastic opportunity if you have gotten a taste of and experience in the gaming industry and would be looking to join a household name on a global scale offering great career exposure and development opportunities to take your career forward.You will:

Lead and manage commercial legal negotiations globally to support company expansion;
Collaborate with cross functional teams on a global scale to execute agreements;
Act as an advisor to management teams to address challenges and mitigate risks;
Draft, review and negotiate software agreements, licensing agreements, and SaaS agreements.

Experience:

Qualified lawyer in Europe
2+ years PQE, in-house gaming experience is a must
Expertise in commercial law will be considered an asset

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 55,000 DOEBenefits:
