Corporate & Compliance AdministratorGCS Malta is currently actively seeking a Corporate & Compliance Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for assisting the corporate & compliance department in administrative duties. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate corporate records and updating them as needed – including governance documents and statutory filings. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment. Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal advisors as necessary. Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The below Skills and Qualifications would be an asset, though not a requisite: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a highly regulated industry. Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards.   • Draw up a report of the actions; propose corrective measures and a improvement strategy
  • Check application of regulations and law/legislation
  • Enter documents, handle correspondence and manage email messages
  • Perform administrative/management tasks (planning/emails/correspondence/invoicing/application for permits...)
  • Stay updated (laws, regulations, jurisdiction...). Inform collaborators on evolution of texts/documents
  • Check authenticity of documents and titles to ownership or check correctness of inventory
  • Collect, transmit and manage documentation
  • Register, sort and stamp correspondence
  • Determine time schedules, dates of seizure, freezing of accounts as part of implementation procedures
  • Check for correct application of statutory measures and regulations; take appropriate measures
  • Inform persons and institutions involved about regulatory conformity
