If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!What's expected of you?Take charge of HR strategic planning and budgeting to ensure adequate coverage for planned activities and initiatives, including contingencies aligned with corporate needsContinuously ensure adequacy of human resources capacity and support management in building initiativesProvide advice to management on people and culture mattersManage recruitment processes efficiently and effectivelyEnsure establishment, communication, and adherence to policies and procedures of the People and Culture Office by all employeesOversee facilities management, including health and safetySpearhead training and development initiatives for staffDevelop and implement a performance-based management system for both staff and managementManage employer branding efforts, focusing on staff retention and growthWhat are you expected to bring?Minimum Bachelor’s degree education in human resource management (MQF Level 6).
