An established CSP company based in Sliema, Malta, is currently looking for a Senior Client Accountant (Full-time or Part-time) to join their team. In this role, you will be providing efficient and high-quality service to a portfolio of clients.This is a hybrid role with flexible hours, offering a salary of up to €50K (pro-rata if part-time).Role & ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients and assist with their accounts, management accounts, as well as tax refund-related issuesPrepare and submit VAT and tax returns, as well as payroll reportsPrepare payment instructionsCollaborate with internal auditorsAssist the Fiscal Unit and prepare documents and reportsSupport liquidation processes, including preparation of supporting documents and coordination with relevant authoritiesEducation, Skills & ExperienceFully qualified accountant or currently within one year of ACCA completion3+ years of experience as an accountant in Malta – non-negotiableFluency in English at a C2+ level, both written and spokenFluency in Italian is a plusProven experience in Maltese VAT and tax lawProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience working with QuickBooks is a plusOrganised, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTeam player with strong communication skillsAnalytical with multitasking skillsAbout the RoleSalary of up to €50K, depending on qualifications and experience (pro-rata if part-time)Hybrid with flexible hours in Sliema, MaltaHealth insuranceFree parkingStudy leaveOpportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV in English.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
